The Epitome of disapointment...
Let me begin to describe to disapointment. Disapointment is that point where you have expectations for how you want or expect for someone to conduct themselves but they do as you expect. They let you down. But when this disapointment becomes life altering, and changing then what? When someone you care deeply about, and plays a major role in your life disapoints you, is forgiveness even a option? How can you forgive someone for their wrong doing when their wrong doing has hurt you deeply. Such things as spreading a rumor, or steeling, can those be overlooked? In my opinion the answer is yes. Those things are forgivable. But when it becomes physical how can you forgive that? Physical as in someone hitting you, or you and someone having s** for the first time then they turn around and leave you after getting it. Can you honestly forgive that? I say no. It's abuse in my opinion. How dare anyone put their hands on you and believe that it's ok? Forgiving them for such nonsense only gives them the right to do it again. Which in the end is no one elses fault but your own. And so is giving it up. That is also your own fault. And maybe one day you can forgive yourself, but the other person... never. I'm a strong believer in holding grudges. And if your going to hold one, hold it for a long time.
Forgiveness is given to those who are deserving. Not to those who are pleading. There is a major difference. Forgiveness is given to those who you love, and can overlook for their minor mistep, but not to those who you are infatuated with and believe they deserve a second chance. Knowing the difference between the two can make all the difference in the world between that and a second offense.

Looking for someone to love me

Single... A form of loneliness. A term to define someone who has yet to find someone else to have strong feelings towards them. Single, as in: alone, one, Pathetic, unattractive, Depressed, miserable. So many people claim to enjoy being in this state of being but I strongly disagree. Nobody wants to be alone. Everyone wants someone to care about them, and love them as much as they could love someone. But it's hard to find that special someone. Because should you dare slip up and love the wrong one it won't have a happy ending. Someone always gets their heart broken & more than likely that someone is you.
I've always imagined, as I'm sure many people do, that one day I'd find someone who loved me to no end. Someone that was just amazing, perfect in every way & seemed as though their whole purpose in life was to love me. But ofcoarse that's just my imagination running away... The kind of guy that I imagine doesn't exist. Or atleast I've never met one that even comes close. The only place guys like this exist are in movies, and books... Maybe that's the problem. Movies, books, and television give us this false idea of love. That a perfect guy exist somewhere out there in the world when in actuality it doesn't. Every guy has his flaws. Just as we as females have our flaws to. Nobody's perfect, and that's a fact. But it's the ability to love our flaws, and overlook them and focus on the big picture that helps us find that one person.
So many people build relationships based off of appearance, rather than personality which is so many relationships dont make it. So ask yourself, would you like to be in a unstable relationship with someone thats a complete ass hole, and it's destined to end, or would you like to be in a relationship with some one you can love, and it will last a long time perhaps even life, and you'd be happy except they werent the most attractive person in the planet. Now which would you rather have?
Also. Being single is not a complete bad thing. Besides being lonely... but it's not ALL bad. Perhaps rather than calling it single we should rename it. To if someone ask you "are you single?" you simple say "no im in a finding myself stage." Because thats what it is. Your finding yourself, and learning what makes you happy. And if you dont know how to be happy by yourself how can you expect to be happy by yourself? Because you'll only be dependent on the other person to make you happy, but if the other person cant make you happy then both of you become unhappy. Then there's two unhappy people. Why drag both of you through the mud? So take this time "alone" and figure yourself out. Find out what makes you tick. And perhaps in that time while your finding yourself, someone else comes along. Patience.

Breathe, stretch, shake, let it out!

It's Mid Semester, schools getting to be tiring, The weathers getting cold, and your getting tired. Relief! Lets not forget to add in that social life of your's that out of control. Between practicing for your sport, after school tutorials, Those extra saturday testing, hanging out with your friends, and your family life how do you manage? I honestly have no clue. Which is exactly why i suffer from multiple emotional breakdowns, depression, frustration, and i take this built up anger and take it out on inocent people. Although it's unsaid, that is a serious problem that im sure i am not alone in.

Taking a moment to just breathe would be nice... Breathe and relax and just take a moment to reflect. Each and everyday there needs to be that one moment In the MIDDLE of the day where you take a moment and just breathe. Put your ipod on and listen to a calming song, or maybe take a break and open up a book.

My biggest causer of stress is going to long and not breaking. Also unhealthy eating habits can contribute to stress. When your body is tired, and you have alot to do you stress to push and accomplish those tasks when you dont have a sufficient amount of energy. Trying a healthier diet could also relieve you of some stress. It could even lighten you mood, as well as your body.

Prioritising, organizing, and planning are also good ways to relieve stress. This way you know exactly what needs to be done, by when, Knowing where everything is, and planning your day to include some free time.

This time of the year things are about to really kick into gear. So  you might as well accept it and roll with it.

I personally suggest we all invest in stress balls!



The Swans! *Birthdays between Sept 2- Sept 29*

SO forgive me im kinda caught up in this astrology phase right now... sorry.

The swan is a complex character. While appearing on the surface as a calm and relaxed individual, underneath they are working hard to keep up with the pace of modern life. If provoked their natural graceful demeanor can give way to a violent temper which puts them in a flap. They are definitely someone to have on your side.

Sadly this is so true. I am a very "complex character." I feel as though i have multiple personalities... And you never know which one you may get. I am a relaxed person. Im wearing Jeggings and a hoodie now, i keep it calm and attempt to go with the flow. But on the inside I have so many issues im dealing with right now. And as for keeping up with modern life... it's not easy being friends that are well off, and your struggling just to make it. Im just saying. It's expensive trying to "fit in." I do have a bad temper... And it only comes out when I've been severely pissed off. So therefore this is correct!
