Breathe, stretch, shake, let it out!

It's Mid Semester, schools getting to be tiring, The weathers getting cold, and your getting tired. Relief! Lets not forget to add in that social life of your's that out of control. Between practicing for your sport, after school tutorials, Those extra saturday testing, hanging out with your friends, and your family life how do you manage? I honestly have no clue. Which is exactly why i suffer from multiple emotional breakdowns, depression, frustration, and i take this built up anger and take it out on inocent people. Although it's unsaid, that is a serious problem that im sure i am not alone in.
Taking a moment to just breathe would be nice... Breathe and relax and just take a moment to reflect. Each and everyday there needs to be that one moment In the MIDDLE of the day where you take a moment and just breathe. Put your ipod on and listen to a calming song, or maybe take a break and open up a book.
My biggest causer of stress is going to long and not breaking. Also unhealthy eating habits can contribute to stress. When your body is tired, and you have alot to do you stress to push and accomplish those tasks when you dont have a sufficient amount of energy. Trying a healthier diet could also relieve you of some stress. It could even lighten you mood, as well as your body.
Prioritising, organizing, and planning are also good ways to relieve stress. This way you know exactly what needs to be done, by when, Knowing where everything is, and planning your day to include some free time.
This time of the year things are about to really kick into gear. So  you might as well accept it and roll with it.
I personally suggest we all invest in stress balls!
